Dr Stephanie Tiell

With a Doctorate of Nursing and dual certifications as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Dr. Stephanie brings over 15 years of dedicated experience to the field of psychiatry. Her practice is built on a warm, holistic, and comprehensive approach, always prioritizing the unique needs of each individual.
Dr. Stephanie has cultivated a specialized focus and extensive training in Autism and ADHD, allowing her to provide deeply informed care to neurodivergent individuals and their families. She has a multitude of experience with a diverse population including Children, Adolescents and Adults. She is passionate about empowering her clients through understanding, teaching effective strategies, and compassionate support.

She works together with her clients for a collaborative therapeutic approach to meet the needs of her clients whatever that may look like for them, working towards their personal goals
Services
Providing telehealth care to children aged 6 and up, adolescents and young adults for mental health care including ADHD, Autism, anxiety, depression, OCD, insomnia, and more. Using a combination of psychotherapy, skill building, and medication management when warranted to help each individual meet their mental health goals
Psychiatric Evaluation
Providing a through psychiatric assessment for children, adolescents and young adults for diagnostics, treatment planning and additional services that may be needed for school, college or work accommodation
Medication Management
Providing safe and effective medication treatment options for mental health concerns when warranted and agreed up. Conducting frequent follow up care to ensure tolerability and effectiveness.
Psychotherapy
Embracing in different therapy models to assist personal goals and support while navigating the journey of life Strong emphasis on skill building and self awareness/ mindfulness
